Teacher
Job Description
As a teacher, your main responsibility will be to take care of and supervise young children diligently. You are responsible for:
- Conducting planned activities to meet the developmental needs of children
- Researching and collecting appropriate teaching materials for children
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Monitoring children’s performances to ensure progress of children
- Identifying behavioural issues with children and engage behaviour management strategies
- Coordinating with parents and share information of children regularly
- Collaborate with your colleagues to improve teaching practice and learning process for children
- Observe children’s health conditions and report if they need immediate attention
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching)
- At least 2 years of working experience in a childcare/ pre-school setting
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the flexibility to work with various age groups
- Good organisational skills
- Patient and love teaching children
- Preferably bilingual (very conversant in English or Chinese)
- Singaporeans/PRs only
- Location: Bukit Batok/ Toa Payoh/ Woodlands/ Bukit Panjang
