The YMCA Child Development Centre Limited Whistle Blowing Policy aims to provide an avenue for employees and external parties to raise concerns and offer reassurance that they will be protected from victimization for whistle blowing in good faith. Employee who has concern about suspected serious misconduct such as corruption, acts of fraud, theft and breach of laws and regulation that may adversely impact the Centre may channel their concerns to the YMCA Child Development Centre Limited’s Audit Committee for its resolution.
